The Powder Coating Process

You can bring your alloys to us without the tyres, or drive your car in and we’ll remove the alloys in the shop. First, the alloys are blasted to remove old lacquer, paint, and dirt to give a smooth, clean surface. Next, the alloys are heat treated to remove air and a layer of powder coating is added.

After this has cured, a lacquer is applied which protects the alloy wheel against corrosion, wear, and tear, and gives a stunning finish. Our powder coating comes in a range of colours in both matte and gloss finishes to suit all styles.
